Why does my building need Pro?
The Free plan analyses buildings with up to 40 vertices (corner points). Drawing, saving and exporting are open on both plans; only the analysis of larger buildings needs Pro.
I didn't get the confirmation email
Check your Spam folder. If you signed up before with the same address, no new email is sent: log in, or use "Forgot password" on the log-in form.
How do I cancel Pro?
In LPCAD, open the plan button at the top (Pro) and press Cancel subscription. No more payments are taken, and Pro stays on until the date you have paid up to.
Where are my drawings kept?
We don't store your building models on our servers. LPCAD remembers your current drawing between visits on the same computer, and the .txt files and PDF reports you export are your own copies, so keep them safe.
